At Newbridge Silverware™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Newbridge Silverware™ presentation packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
